Robust high capacity 30-100 tons hydraulic presses -

Sometimes called H-frame presses due to their shape, hydraulic presses are often an essential piece of equipment in a workshop. Without which, many would be unable to fulfil many of their daily tasks! Because of this, it is important to have a reliable piece of equipment!

DIMAKIN’s range starts at a 30-ton capacity, manually operated machine, and goes all the way up to a 160-ton capable monster of press as standard. All these machines are featured in our fully working showroom! However, bigger presses are available on request!

When considering a 30-ton capacity press, you have manual or powered options. Above that, the machine does all the work! These presses are very robust, and in parts are manufactured from over an inch thick of hardened steel.

Handle for fine-tune control

In addition to motor powered capability on the motor-powered machines, all machines (including the WSP-30M) come with a handle for fine-tune control, allowing for precision adjustment. While the manual version is singly controlled, the powered versions come with a motor control handle, and a manual adjustment handle.

Oil tank in the head

High quality hydraulic lines feed from an integrated oil tank inside the machine. This allows the footprint of the machine to only ever be as big as its frame. Unlike some competitor models, where the oil tank is bolted on to the side of the machine, widening its footprint considerably, and becoming a weak spot.

Moveable head

All DIMAKIN H-frame presses (with the exception of the fixed head WSP-30M) have a side-to-side moveable piston, allowing maximum utility for more of your awkward applications! This ability also increases the flexibility of the working area of the press.

Easy-view pressure gauges

All DIMAKIN workshop presses have easy-view pressure gauges front and centre to keep perfect track of your operation. Similarly, to the oil tank, this is fully integrated into the resilient frame of the machine.

Chain-lifting features

With the heavy-duty nature of these machines, it is easy to assume that this could become an issue for a single operator to adjust. However, all models above the manual range come installed with self-lifting capabilities. Chains, and a double action operation allow a single operator to lift the heavy beam with the aid of the machine’s own hydraulics! This ingenious feature allows one fabricator to adjust the beam to all heights available, unassisted. Simply attach the chain to the eyelets either side of the piston rod and raise it!

CE compliant guidelines

All DIMAKIN hydraulic presses also work within all CE compliant guidelines. Of course, these machines adhere to working speed regulations to keep the safety of operators of paramount importance.

V-blocks as standard

Lastly, unlike many alternative UK suppliers, every DIMAKIN workshop press comes with V-blocks as standard. No extra costs, or optional extras. Instead, just everything you need to get working right away.
